- Handle employees’ problems either face to face or over the phone.
- Resolve all hardware and software problems.
- Perform hardware and software maintenance.
- Log support calls and document their outcome to facilitate the resolution of common queries.
- Monitor system alerts and report to head of department.
- Provide pro-actively information to users on the progress of outstanding support calls.
- Deploy PCs and associated peripherals including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment’s.
- Provide, always, a professional, courteous, and rapid response to all employees.
- Perform additional related duties as requested by Head of Department .
