General objectives and Tasks:
1. Evaluation of the children’s hygiene:
- Conduct daily visits for the children in the daycare and classes to verify and control the condition of the children (clothes, ears, nails, hair for lice…).
- Complete an evaluation and follow-up form for every child.
- Ensure the necessary treatment for each child (clean the nasal mucosa…).
- Ensure the cleanliness of children’s hands after each toilet visit, following meals, and, when needed.
- Check the children’s bags (cleanliness, weight…).
2. Evaluation of the units’ hygiene:
- Conduct daily tours and checkups to make sure everything is clean and well well-maintained
- Verify the cleanliness of equipment and materials (microwave, sink, baby bottles, sterilizer …)
- Ask the cleaning agent for assistance when needed.
- Take good care of the equipment and medicines used and necessary for the daily operation.
3. Administrative management of files and training:
- Report immediately to the unit manager in the presence of any problem related to the unit or any child.
- Provide assessments of a sick or injured child’s needs.
- Call and follow up with parents in case of a medical emergency.
- Maintain records of each child’s physical development.
- Supervise any accommodation necessary to serve children with special needs.
- Fill out the medical records of every child in coordination with the parents.
- Keep the unit’s volunteers and parents informed about health care with an emphasis on preventative care.
- Provide basic hygiene training to parents.
- Train the units’ staff when necessary and mainly new employees on things such as sanitary diaper changing and proper hand washing procedures.
- Follow up on the children’s situation with the parents.
- Make sure that children attend their paramedical sessions.
4. Other administrative tasks and duties:
- Track the attendance of the children on a daily basis and make sure that the attendance is well documented to share with MOSA.
- Track the attendance of the staff and make sure that all staff leaves are documented on a daily basis.
- Track the parents’ payments on a daily basis.
- Track the stock of cleaning and record all the used and needed materials.
- Attend and participate in all required meetings and trainings.
- Complete other assigned functions as requested by management.

Working Schedule: 5 days/week; From 08:00 AM Till 04:00 PM
Contract type: 1 year (Renewable depending on funding and performance).
