The Opportunity
The Finance Assistant will ensure that the record-keeping for the Lebanon Office is undertaken rationally, safely and effectively and that all financial plans, budgets, contracts, agreements and records are kept up to date and secured for access by authorized personnel only.
In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.
In order to be successful you will bring/have:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management
- One year of experience in an NGO environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Good in MS Office and Excel.
- Analytical skills and accuracy.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to Save the Children’s vision, mission and values.
