Oxfam GB is looking for a pool of candidates who interested to work on a casual labor basis in various location across Lebanon ( North, Bekaa and Baalbek-El hermel). Applicants will be contacted on an ad hoc/need basis following the CV evaluation process.

Casual labor Purpose
The Enumerators will be working in the field of Oxfam’s areas of coverage to collect specific information that feed into Oxfam’s reporting. Monitoring and evaluation of WASH and protection activities under GAC, DANIDA and UNICEF funded project implemented at North Bekaa and other funded projects in the North and Beirut
Core Details
Location: Beirut- North Bekaa and Baalbek-El Hermel- Tripoli
Daily Rate: 40$ and Transportation allowance per working day in LBP
Contract type: Daily (up to 10 days/month) – depending on the duration of the exercise
This role reports to: Programme/MEAL team
Staff reporting to this post: NA
Screening checks: All successful candidates will be screened through Refinitiv World-Check One to comply with counter terrorism and financial sanctions regulations.

Scope of work
The enumerator is expected to:
- Meet with Oxfam to discuss the details of the assignment.
- Attend a training session ahead of the data collection exercise.
- Conduct surveys as discussed with Oxfam’s team and per the provided workplan.
- Comply with the sampling methodology for the data collection.
- Refer to Oxfam with any inquiries during the data collection process.
- Track feedback received from the field and share them with the MEAL team.
- Adhere to Oxfam’s code of conduct and data protection policies at all times.

- Required to adhere to Oxfam’s principles and values as well as the promotion of gender justice and women’s rights
- Understanding of and commitment to adhere to equity, diversity, gender, child safety and staff health and wellbeing principles
skills, experience and knowledge
Essential
- Education:
- University degree completed or equivalent
- Fluency in Arabic, average in English
- Experience and competencies:
- Previous experience with data collection.
- Knowledge on how to use tablets for data collection.
- Previous relevant experience with Lebanese NGOs, International NGOs, UN agencies, International Organizations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in working in ISs community.
- Friendly and positive attitude; strong problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- Experience in WASH, protection, and livelihood sectors
