The Committee of the families of the kidnapped and the disappeared in Lebanon is recruiting an administrative assistant in favor of the National Commission for the Missing and Forcibly Disappeared in Lebanon.
NCMFD-Lb is an independent institution established by the Lebanese Council of Ministers in June 2020 in implementation of the Law 105/2018 to search for the truth of the fate of the missing and forcibly disappeared in Lebanon.
Role and Tasks:
Under the overall supervision of the National
Commission (NCMFD Lb) and the Project Manager, the administrative assistant is
expected to:
- Manage NC’s correspondences.
- Organize NC’s archives.
- Support the Project manager in the implementation
of NC’s activities and work plan. - Undertake scanning of all media and social media
outlets and archiving of all news regarding the NC. - Follow up on the budgetary and administrative
issues related to all the events of the NC under the supervision of the
Project Manager. - Perform any additional tasks requested by the NC
and its Project Manager that might not be mentioned above. - Create and Follow up NC’s social media platforms
under the supervision of the project manager. - Undertake filling information on NC’s website.
Knowledge,
competencies and skills required
- A university degree in administrative or
secretarial services. - Professional experience of 5-8 years.
- Knowledge in budgeting matters.
- Good Arabic and English language skills both
written and spoken. - Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Good experience in managing Social media
platforms.

- High level of self-motivation and initiative.

- Good time management, ability to prioritize workload, assume responsibility for work, and follow through to
