الوصف:

We are looking for a strategic and well-spoken Senior Marketing and Communications Officer to manage and develop TEC’s outreach and communication activities.

Needed Skills:

– Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic

– Excellent attention to detail (proofreading)

– Well organized, creative, and able to multitask.

– Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

– Strong team player

– Hard worker with the ability to adapt to changing situations

– Good understanding of social media and website analytics

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Developing the organization’s marketing strategy and leading on its online and offline implementation.

– Writing short and long-form content for social media, scripts, newsletters, emails, blogs, websites, and printed material.

– Managing and growing TEC’s social media channels while also generating online performance reports.

– Working alongside our designers to brand and launch new products, services, events, and online platforms. (Includes coming up with brand names, slogans, taglines, and brand stories.)

– Managing websites, improving their search ranking, and monitoring their performance through google analytics.

– Researching market trends and analyzing competitors to identify promising market opportunities.

– Providing training workshops, bootcamps, and one-on-one coaching sessions to startups on marketing and strengthening their online presence.

– Managing and guiding the Junior Marketer during the implementation of event and program campaigns.

– Using CRM software to build a database of contacts and convert them into customers through email marketing.

– Coordinating with online and offline journalists, influencers, and media agencies during event campaigns to ensure the proper visibility of the organization’s image.

– Building and nurturing communities of strategic partners, media partners, and program beneficiaries.

– Covering events and program activities through Instagram stories, press releases, blog posts, and newsletters.
