Position summary
This position requires a highly motivated and competent individual committed to succeeding in delivering the tasks of the project. The role is focused on monitoring and supervising the day-to-day CFW project operations and implementation.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in planning and implementing project activities to meet project deliverables.
- Ensure the successful implementation of project activities and consistently monitor that field coordinators are following work plans.
- Ensure that the team has a good understanding of CFW SOPs.
- Identify any capacity needs within the team and ensure training and capacity building for the team members.
- Standardize forms to be used for site monitoring and reporting.
- Coordinate and maintain good relationships with local actors and stakeholders.
- Ensure that proper outreach is conducted.
- Contribute to data collection tools, assessments and mapping reports.
- Provide day-to-day coordination including administrative and logistic support.
- Ensure proper safety & information sessions are conducted for participants.
- Participate in team meetings and trainings.
- Coordinate and Support the M&E team to document project KPIs.
- Responsible for the filing and record keeping of project activities.
- Prepare weekly reports to be submitted to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper development and implementation of referral mechanisms.
- Follow up any project problems and report any challenges to the Project Manager.
- Any other task relevant to the position and as requested by the Project Manager.
Field Supervisors will be reporting to the Project Coordinator
Reports Directly To: Project Manager
Qualifications
- BA/S in Management or any other relevant field
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in the implementation of Cash for Work Programs
- Knowledge of cash delivery mechanism and modalities
- Proven ability to liaise with Municipalities and project stakeholders
- Experience creating and managing detailed action/project plans and budgets
- Ability to work with vulnerable participants from different backgrounds
- Great communication skills
- Proficiency in Arabic & English is essential
