Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Officer to handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing insurance-related processes, handling employee requests, and supporting various departments with administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage insurance-related activities, including:
Obtaining quotations and processing new insurance applications
Handling policy renewals, extensions, and amendments
Managing additions and deletions for group medical insurance
Requesting certificates and processing claims/reimbursements
✅ Coordinate air ticket requests for terminated employees
✅ Maintain organized filing systems and records
✅ Support teams with administrative tasks to improve workflow efficiency
✅ Monitor office expenditures and manage administrative contracts
✅ Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
✅ Address employee concerns and complaints professionally
✅ Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in administrative roles
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Knowledge of insurance procedures is a plus
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
