Job Purpose: The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in both front-end and back-end development, including database design and management. The role requires an individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and serve as a key point of contact for external resources such as companies and developers.
Key Responsibilities: Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of all applications.
Front-End Development: Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Back-End Development: Develop robust and scalable server-side logic using languages and frameworks like PHP, Node.js, Python (Django, Flask), or Java. Implement APIs and integrate with third-party services.
Database Design and Management: Design, implement, and maintain databases (SQL and NoSQL). Ensure data integrity, security, and efficient data recovery.
Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects from conception to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
External Collaboration: Act as the primary contact with external resources, including third-party companies and freelance developers. Manage relationships and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Code Review and Best Practices: Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Provide innovative solutions to improve system performance and user experience.
Key Performance Indicators: Percentage of projects completed on time and within scope.
Number of bugs/issues reported post-release.
Percentage of time the developed applications are up and running Average time taken to respond to and resolve technical issues.
Average response time of APIs developed.
User satisfaction score based on feedback and surveys.
Percentage of code review feedback implemented.
Frequency of commitments and adherence to version control best practices.
Average time taken to complete assigned tasks.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Strong knowledge of back-end development using languages and frameworks (PHP, Node.js, Python, or Java).
Experience with database design and management (SQL, NoSQL).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with external partners.
