Update of the logistic stocks (stationeries and consumables, visibility items, cleaning products, tea break, etc).

Provide support to the Warehouse personnel.

Support the procurement team in filing
Draft tenders for the procurement of different items and activities.
Follow up on basic emails and knowledge of replying

Overviewing contracts to be signed with suppliers and contractors, following progress of works with the team.
Follow-up suppliers/contractors invoices

Equipment and asset follow-up

Update the equipment sheets of the mission and systematically create equipment sheet when new asset are received.

Create equipment identification stickers and have them stick on the corresponding equipment to enhance the accountability.

Realize the inventory of Nabad different premises (office, community center…) identify Nabad’s assets and have an up to date follow-up.
