Main Tasks and Duties:
- Monitor and follow-up on the progress of activities through regular field visits and weekly updates.
- Coordinate closely with the coordinator and manager to ensure smooth implementation of project activities.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities in designated areas in collaboration with the team.
- Attend meetings with relevant departments and participate in discussions related to project progress.
- Conduct field visits with partners when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions identified by the project manager / coordinator.
- Represent SMART in meetings and working groups with partners and non-partner NGOs.
- Monitor the weekly schedule of staff.
- Ensure activities are implemented according to guidelines.
- Collect necessary documents from staff in collaboration with the Finance and Accounting Officer.
- Collect necessary documents from field work in collaboration with the M&E Officer.
- Ensure staff contracts and relevant documents are signed and filed appropriately.
- Fulfill any tasks assigned by the project manager/coordinator.

– Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
– Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data collection and reporting.
– Ability to work in dynamic and challenging field conditions.
– Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
– Fluent in Arabic and English.
