- Handling the full employee cycle including compensation and benefits.
- Handling the full employee exit cycle including NSSF, clearance and EOS.
- Managing and coordinating staff and consultant’s recruitment activities.
- Updating the applicant tracking system to record steps in process, including updating applicant status, interview dates, etc.
- Developing and conducting training programs and handling employee relations.
- Developing and conducting annual staff retreat.
- Managing the foundation performance management system/process.
- Preparing contracts and MOUs as needed.
- Handling all outsourced functions (audit, legal, and finance).
- Supporting in MOI annual budget preparations.
- Supporting in Interim and end of year audit review.
- Providing input to finance on payment details including payroll advice.
- Preparing payment vouchers, invoices, receipts and transfers to suppliers, contractors, consultants, partners, employees.
- Writing monthly/Quarterly progress reports as needed.
- Handling all correspondences and coordination related to HRH and Board of Directors offices.
- Supporting in all administrative matters in efficient and effective manner providing quality support.
- Providing support and assistance to staff, consultants, company vendors and visitors.
- Supporting in all travel requests and bookings.
- Supporting in logistical arrangements of meetings/conferences/events.
- Collecting and maintaining inventory of office equipment and supplies.
- Handling all suppliers’ contracts renewals.
- Supporting in procurement of office supplies and stationery and purchase requests.
- Managing all HR/Admin/Finance related projects as assigned by the CEO.
