• Ensure that all ongoing cases are provided with continuous evaluation, follow-up, and closure interviews;
• Guarantee that all relevant forms and formats are updated and that confidential information is secured;
• Plan in an efficient way all the daily, weekly and monthly interventions relevant to the ongoing cases and keep clear tacks of the steps followed and the content of the sessions;
• Ensure that all home and/or institutional visits are set, that objectives are met, and that all relevant documents are updated;
• Ensure that all external and internal referrals are set properly and that all relevant documents are updated;
• Evaluate and address all the needs of the beneficiaries in terms of education, technical trainings and/or psychosocial skills;
• Work on relational and social anchoring;
• Refer to specialized services, Primary Health Care, or other relevant structures, provide continuous follow-up of the referrals;
• Ensure that proper legal guidance and/or referral is provided;
• Coordinate effectively with MS team member when needed in order to provide the best services through relevant case management;
• Reports directly to the Head of Center as per the internal organizational chart;
• Follow up and coordinate with the trainers in the prison
• Follow up and coordinate with the psychologist.
• Conducting monitoring visits in prisons
• Needs assessment interview (health issues, psychological distress, family support, basic needs);
• Providing social support, counseling and follow-up for the beneficiaries in order to accompany them in their daily life difficulties, to deliver to them relevant information and awareness;
• Providing social support and guidance for beneficiaries preparing to be released in order to facilitate their reintegration in the society;
• Coordination of the internal and external referrals to legal, health, social and psychological services.
• Identifying Persons with Specific Needs (PWSN) and provides specialized services and follow-up: persons with disabilities, LGBT, minors in conflict with the law and victims of torture;
• Monitoring collective detention conditions and finding solutions to improve them;
• Recruitment of beneficiaries for vocational trainings sessions and other activities of the project.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in social work with Juveniles with conflict with law
• Prior experience of working on protection project.
• Good knowledge of CP and GBV principles as well as PSS principles and safe identification.
