Job Summary:
The Education Coordinator will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and evaluating educational programs to ensure their successful execution and alignment with the company’s goals and objectives, under the guidance of the Education Program Manager.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Assess and analyze contextual developments, risks, and needs in the designated program areas, and contribute to the development of the program strategy and new project proposals.
- Participate in mapping and due diligence of potential operational partners for cooperation and strategic partnerships in the field of education.
- Supervise, support, and coordinate the quality and timely implementation of educational programs in designated program areas (Beqaa, Aarsal, Akkar) in line with relevant standards and internal and donor requirements.
- Ensure that educational program targets are reached in accordance with agreed objectives and as per funding documents with donors, aligning them with the overall program approach.
- Collaborate with the Education Program Manager to ensure the educational team achieves program targets and deliverables in accordance with agreed project objectives, work plans, project documents, and contracts, in line with the overall program approach and donor requirements.
- Assist the educational team in submitting narratives and preparing financial reports and all relevant supporting documentation timely and in the required quality.
- Identify and assess delays, gaps, and needs within the educational programs and contribute to adjustments and corrective actions to improve the overall quality of education.
- Collaborate with the M&E team to ensure the educational team develops good quality MEAL tools, collects required data, and informs Program Depratment
- Support monitoring visits or introduce external monitoring for educational programs.
- Collaborate in collecting, reviewing, and providing quality inputs for external reporting and proposal development related to education.
- Assist in managing and updating program documents
- attending the Education Sector meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (education, Business Managment ).
- 4 to 7 years of proven experience in program development, implementation, and management in the field of education with International Orgnziation
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent report writing skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple educational projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in the field of education.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing an educational team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of education.
