Essential Roles & Responsibilities:
- Registering of all incoming, outgoing documents, forms, records, correspondence, aids, etc…
- Answering and directing all phone calls
- Providing support to all senior personnel in writing official letters and other administrative issues
- Developing and maintaining a filing system
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Maintaining a detailed log file for all the donations regardless of the type
- Organizing and scheduling appointments for the President of the organization as well as for the line manager when needed
- Assisting in the preparation of the regularly scheduled reports
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Maintaining Office policies and procedures
- Conducting monthly inventory
- Performing other duties as requested by the line manager
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Skills:
- Strong command of Arabic, English and French
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to perform a job with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge in filing and archiving processes
