وظائف شاغرة في لبنان مطلوب Technical Engineer – Central Bekaa

Job Purpose:

To ensure the seamless operation of carpentry production processes, maintain equipment efficiency, and guarantee the production of high-quality products in line with HAND standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Oversight & Quality Assurance

– Supervise all manufacturing operations within the carpentry workshop.

– Ensure that each production step adheres to quality standards and specifications.

– Identify and rectify any deviations from quality benchmarks promptly.

– Collaborate closely with the workshop team to facilitate on-time production delivery.

2. Equipment & Manufacturing Operations

– Regularly inspect all workshop machinery and tools to guarantee they are in optimal working condition.

– Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and any necessary repairs.

– Work with equipment vendors or technicians when specialist attention is required.

– Troubleshoot operational hiccups and take corrective action.

3. Engineering Designs & Blueprints

– Develop, update, and maintain engineering designs pertinent to carpentry products.

– Utilize CAD software or other relevant applications to create detailed blueprints.

– Collaborate with the design team to ensure the feasibility of product designs.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

– Monitor the carpentry workshop’s inventory and ensure the availability of essential materials for production.

– Work closely with the procurement team to replenish stock as necessary.

– Organize and maintain a clean storage area for raw materials and finished products.

5. Training Kit Development & Delivery

– Design and compile training kits for teams unfamiliar with newly manufactured products.

– Coordinate with the training department to facilitate understanding and correct usage of products.

– Update training materials in alignment with product modifications or updates.

 

Educational & Experience Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.

– Previous experience in a carpentry workshop or manufacturing environment is an advantage.

– Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies.

 

Key Skills & Competencies:

– Proficient in CAD software or equivalent design tools.

– Strong understanding of woodworking processes and machinery.

– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

– Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
