Job Objective:
Organizing and facilitating the general functioning of the Primary Healthcare Center in Beirut.
Main Tasks:
- Ensure dealing with clients/patients in a professional, objective, warm, empathetic, and responsive manner in order to promote a positive experience.
- Greet visitors with courtesy and respect, ascertains the purpose of the visit, provide them with relevant information, and direct them appropriately.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments and medical consultations.
- Follow up with patients to complete documents on their demographic information.
- Track the mail and mailings with the concerned medical and administrative units and departments.
- Organize mailings and reports in order to have them signed by the concerned parties.
- File & save all relevant documents.
- Order and ensure the availability of stationary and all materials needed.
- Print emails, memos, instructions, and circulars issued by the Head of the Department as per his/her directives.
- Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff.
- Perform various clerical and administrative tasks.
- Receive cash from the patients and issue a receipt showing the received payment and hand it to the customer.
- Maintain a copy of the receipt for the PHC records and another copy for the finance department.
- Abide by the Community Health Corps insurance policy.
- Perform data entry to all related data on the system.
- Perform additional related duties as requested by the Head of Department.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in secretarial studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and Internet use.
