Are you an ITIL expert with 10+ years of hands-on experience and industry-recognized certifications? We’re looking for passionate ITIL Trainers to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead engaging and informative online ITIL training sessions
✅ Develop and customize training content based on the latest ITIL practices
✅ Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback
✅ Stay updated with ITIL frameworks and best practices to enhance training quality
✅ Foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment
We’re looking for someone with:
✅ 10+ years of experience in ITIL and IT Service Management
✅ Relevant ITIL certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, ITIL Practitioner, ITIL Expert, etc.)
✅ Strong communication and leadership skills
✅ A passion for teaching and empowering others to excel
