Job Title: Social Worker – Nabaa or Tripoli (please specify)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide emotional support group sessions to women at risk of or survivors of gender-based violence (GBV)
• Conduct psychosocial support and awareness sessions for women
• Plan and conduct GBV awareness sessions at community centers
• Identify opportunities for awareness-raising and plan sessions
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting on activities
• Develop and strengthen referral networks with stakeholders
• Communicate regularly with case management and protection staff
• Contribute to monthly response plans and GBV key messages
• Provide protection guidance to participants through individual or group sessions
• Assess, mitigate, and report on protection risks encountered during project implementation

Education and Experience:

• University degree in Sociology or Psychology
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of psychosocial support
• Experience working with organizations
• Participation in training courses and workshops on protection
