Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Cash Sales Accountant to join our accounting & finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily cash sales activities, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, and maintaining financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter invoices and receipts data
• Record petty cash payment vouchers
• Reconcile account balances
• Follow up with credit customers to ensure timely payments
• Monitor and reconcile cash van journals and stock
• Prepare daily summary reports in Excel
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Prior experience with Visual Dolphin accounting system is preferred
• Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail
