Job Description:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our coffee chain locations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
• Foster a strong sense of responsibility and passion for the coffee business among the team
• Demonstrate excellent leadership skills to motivate and inspire the employees
• Hire and train competent staff to maintain high-quality service standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• In-depth knowledge of coffee shop operations and strong passion for the coffee business
• Proven track record of effectively hiring, training, and managing teams
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
