Key responsibilities
•Ensure all logistics for any awareness session in villages
•Insurance of setup, space, electricity, and all requirement for the meetings/trainings/ distribution sessions
•Ensuring the logistics for the activities on field and all training for cash for work Attendance sheets, data organization, oversee tools and machineries rental ,Food parcel distribution (Presence, make sure that people are receiving, means of verification, etc.)
•Support in the outreach when needed

Requirements for position
•Fluent in Arabic and English (Oral and written)
•Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
•Proven experience as logistics coordinator

Educational qualifications/ experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or relevant field
•2 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally within a public or nonprofit institution
•Experience in organizing meetings/events and manage the related logistics is a must
•Mobilized (Have a car)
•Based in Hasbaya district
