مطلوب مساعد PSS (بيروت-جبل لبنان) لدى NGO

Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct psychosocial support session with children and care givers

Ensure proper/smooth implementation of project activities.

Keep the archive of children’s’ forms containing all the information regarding children’s’ placement and follow up tests, media consent, participation form, and other information related to the project activities.

Conduct pre-post test and evaluation forms

Ensure adherence to NABAD rules and regulations with special attention to PSEA and child safeguarding measures.

Participate in situational analysis for their respective areas and report any incidents at field level

Participate in weekly meetings and other coordination meetings if needed.

Monitor outreach criteria and inclusion activities.

Refer children in need of further support to internal referral focal point for her actions.

Take initiatives to respond quickly to unexpected challenges in the field and inform management team immediately.

Formulate monthly reports on implementation process, challenges, best practices, and lessons learnt.

Knowledge/Skills Required:

• – Professional Experience:
• – At least one year of experience in GBV or MHPSS Projects.
• – Good communication skills including writing skills.
• – Strong management skills.
• – Strong training & facilitation skills.
• – Knowledge on GBV, humanitarian field.
