 Responsibilities

The Field staff will be responsible for implementing project distributions as per program guidelines and will directly undertake and document the following tasks:

• Performs proper outreach activities to reach relevant beneficiaries
• Performs proper assessments on field, followed by proper documentation
• Assists in record keeping, assembly, and distribution of food, WASH and shelter assistance
• In direct contact with beneficiaries through door-to-door visits, phone communication and during site distributions
• Ensures all project documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Notifies the Project Coordinator in case of any problem or obstacle in the field
• Informs relevant focal points of any security threats or incidents in the field
• Performs other tasks assigned by the Project Coordinator
• Supports the Field Assistants with guidance, organizes and plans the work of the team in cooperation with the Project Coordinator.

Qualifications and requirements

1. National Staff Position (only Lebanese citizens are eligible to apply)
2. 3 years of relevant job experience
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong planning and organizational skills
5. Valid driving license
6. Experience in outreach or community work
7. Experience in distribution or logistics is preferred
8. English language skills are an asset
9. Experience working with local authorities
