الوصف:
1. الغرض
أسست هيئة كير وجودها في لبنان في عام 2006 وكانت تستجيب للأزمة السورية منذ أواخر عام 2012. ومن بين الضروريات الرئيسية لهيئة كير وضع الأشخاص الذين تخدمهم في المقام الأول من خلال تنفيذ البرامج المتطورة في المجالات التي تعمل بها. تنفذ كير حاليا أنشطة في بيروت وجبل لبنان وعكار وشمال لبنان وجنوب لبنان ووادي البقاع. تنفذ كير كلا من مشاريع الطوارئ والتنمية التي تساهم في سبل العيش والأمن الغذائي والحماية والمساواة بين الجنسين والمأوى والمياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة. وهو يستهدف أكثر الناس والسكان ضعفاً ، سواء من المجتمعات المضيفة أو اللاجئين. على مدار 7 سنوات ، دعمت أكثر من نصف مليون مستفيد.
في لبنان ، ستركز استراتيجية برنامج كير للسنوات القادمة على تعزيز وتوسيع استجابتها للطوارئ والقدرة على تقديم خدمات المساعدة الأساسية مع متابعة مشاريع التنمية في مجالات الأمن الغذائي ودعم سبل العيش ، والمساواة بين الجنسين والحماية. تعتزم هيئة كير الحفاظ على وجودها في جميع مناطق لبنان.
توسعت منظمة كير لبنان بشكل سريع خلال السنوات القليلة الماضية ولديها اليوم حوالي 90 موظفًا ، مع أكثر من 15 منظمة شريكة محلية / دولية مختلفة. 90٪ من الفريق يتكون من موظفين محليين ، مع عدد رمزي من الأعضاء الدوليين.

المسؤولية رقم 1: تنفيذ المشروع والعمل الميداني
• إعداد وتنفيذ ودعم الدورات التدريبية للمشاركين في شمال وجنوب لبنان عند الطلب. (بما في ذلك المسائل التنظيمية مثل إعداد المكان ، والنقل ، والمرطبات ، وما إلى ذلك)
• دعم زيارات المراقبة الميدانية لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بجودة عالية.
• المساعدة في جمع البيانات وإدخالها ، وضمان الامتثال لسياسات السرية.
• خذ محضر الاجتماع لتسهيل الاتصال الفعال.
• الحفاظ على سجلات المشروع المنظمة من خلال حفظ الملفات والأرشفة.
• تمثيل هيئة كير بشكل إيجابي ودعم الأخلاقيات المهنية.
المسؤولية رقم 2: الإبلاغ وتبادل المعلومات
• تطوير التقارير الفنية والميدانية حسب متطلبات منظمة كير والمتبرعين.
• تسهيل الاتصال الداخلي وتبادل البيانات مع الإدارات ذات الصلة.
• تقديم المساعدة في ترجمة وثائق المشروع لأصحاب المصلحة.
المسؤولية رقم 3: جمع البيانات وتحليلها
• إجراء أنشطة جمع البيانات التي تلتزم بأهداف المشروع.
• استخدام طرق مختلفة ، وضمان دقة وملاءمة البيانات التي تم جمعها.
• التعامل مع البيانات بسرية ونزاهة.
• تنظيم البيانات والحفاظ عليها بشكل منهجي ، وإجراء التنظيف والتحقق من الصحة.
• إنشاء وإدارة قواعد البيانات باستخدام برنامج Microsoft Excel
• الحفاظ على جداول البيانات لإدخال البيانات وتتبعها وإعداد التقارير.

4. المؤهلات / المهارات الخاصة أو المعرفة
أ. المهارات والمعرفة:
خبرة في سبل العيش والأمن الغذائي والسلامة أو أي مجال ذي صلة
المعرفة في جمع البيانات وتحليلها ، برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
ب. خبرة:
ما لا يقل عن 0-1 سنة من الخبرة ذات الصلة ، لا سيما في المنظمات غير الحكومية والمنظمات الأكاديمية وهيئات وضع المعايير والوكالات العامة التي تركز على الزراعة
ج. خلفية أكاديمية:
درجة البكالوريوس في مجال أو أكثر من المجالات التالية: الزراعة ، الأمن الغذائي
د. اللغات:
اللغة الإنجليزية و / أو العربية هي لغة العمل في منظمة كير الدولية. معرفة اللغات الأخرى هو أحد الأصول.
5. عناصر العقد الأخرى
تقدم CARE فرصًا للتدريب والتطوع لمدة تصل إلى 4 أشهر مقابل بدل يبلغ 25 دولارًا أمريكيًا للوجبات والمواصلات ولمدة 16 يومًا في الشهر.

1. Purpose
CARE established its presence in Lebanon in 2006 and has been responding to the Syrian Crisis since late 2012. Among CARE’s key imperatives is putting people it serves first through implementing cutting edge programming in areas it operates. CARE currently carries out activities in Beirut, Mount Lebanon, Akkar, North Lebanon, South Lebanon, and the Beqaa Valley. CARE implements both emergency and development projects contributing to livelihood, food security, protection, gender, shelter, and water, sanitation and hygiene. It targets the most vulnerable people and populations, both host communities and refugees. Over the course of 7 years, it has supported over than half a million beneficiaries.
In Lebanon, CARE’s program strategy for the upcoming years will focus on strengthening and expanding its emergency response and capacity to provide basic assistance services while pursuing development projects in areas of food security and livelihood support, gender and protection. CARE intends to maintain its presence in all areas of Lebanon.
CARE Lebanon has scaled up rapidly over the past few years and today it has about 90 staff members, with more than 15 different local/international partner organizations. 90% of the team is composed of national staff, with a symbolic number of international members.

3. Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibility #1: Project Implementation & Field Work
•Prepare, conduct and support training sessions for participants in North and South Lebanon as and when requested. (Including organizational matters as venue preparation, transportation, refreshments, etc.)
•Support field monitoring visits to ensure high-quality project implementation.
•Assist in data collection and entry, ensuring compliance with confidentiality policies.
•Take meeting minutes to facilitate effective communication.
•Maintain organized project records through filing and archiving.
•Represent CARE positively and uphold professional ethics.
Responsibility #2: Reporting & Information Sharing
•Develop technical and field level reports as per CARE’s and donor requirements.
•Facilitate internal communication and data sharing with relevant departments.
•Provide assistance in translating project documents for stakeholders.
Responsibility #3: Data Collection & Analysis
•Conduct data collection activities adhering to project objectives.
•Employ various methods, ensuring accuracy and relevance of collected data.
•Handle data with confidentiality and integrity.
•Organize and maintain data systematically, performing cleaning and validation.
•Create and manage databases using Microsoft Excel
•Maintain spreadsheets for data entry, tracking, and reporting.

4. Qualifications / special skills or knowledge
a. Skills & knowledge:
Experience in livelihood, food security and safety, or any relevant field
Knowledge in data collection and analysis, MS Office software.
b. Experience:
At least 0-1 years of relevant experience, especially at NGOs, academic organizations, standard-setting bodies, public agencies focused on Agriculture
c. Academic background:
Bachelor’s degree in one or several of the following areas: Agriculture, Food security
d. Languages:
English and/ or Arabic are the working language of CARE International. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
5. Other contract elements
CARE offers internship and volunteer opportunities for up to 4 months contract for an allowance at USD $25 for meals and transportation and for a limit of 16 days a month.
