Background:
Al Hadatha Association is a national NGO established in 13/03/2006 and registered at MOI under number 87/A.D to support the roles of various community segments by developing their capabilities, and reduce economic vulnerability by promoting their skills, and facilitating community access to social, humanitarian, and development work.
In order to achieve its goals, Hadatha Association announces the needs of a “Project Assistant” at Wadi Khaled CDC
Note : “Priority for Candidates Residing in the Region.”
The overall purpose of the role:
The Center Assistant ensures that all activities are implemented and reported in compliance with Caritas & Hadatha policies and work plan.
Responsibilities:
-Initiate, implement, coordinate and prepare for all project’s activities (accelerate and learning skills, Market-based skills, training sessions, awareness sessions, life skills sessions, and events).
– Participate in the identification of new outreach methods for the beneficiaries.
– Responsible for collecting attendance sheet for all projects activities ((accelerate and learning skills, Market-based skills, training sessions, CBPSS activities, awareness sessions, life skills sessions, and events)
– Follow-up on beneficiaries’ absences by calling them to report the reason for the absence. Follow-up the buses to transport beneficiaries on time.
– Follow-up on a daily basis with the trainers/coaches to ensure accurate attendance record.
– Provide direct supervision and support to CDC trainers in the performance of their respective duties and ensure the efficient functioning of the project.
– Closely coordinate with the info desk assistant to identify beneficiaries for activities.
– Ensure the availability of accurate, correct and complete data.
– Listen and collect complaints and suggestion from beneficiaries regarding the center activities, staff conduct, and other stakeholders.
– Ensure communication and information sharing on relevant issues with partner and Ribat association relevant staff.
– Provide the needed materials for the classes.
Ensure to guarantee the data privacy and confidentiality.
– Provide Monthly plan and weekly schedule, Monthly Report and Monthly Narrative Report
– Provide one CDC committee group and provide them with the capacity buildings and trainings needed, Follow up on roles and responsibilities and report on their achievements
– Participate in preparation of solidarity initiatives.
– Provide life skills and awareness sessions for the beneficiaries.
– Participate in preparation of participatory assessments and FGDs to identify activities needed for the CDC on a continuous basis.
– Coordinate closely and reporting with the project manager to keep track of targets related to the CDC activities
– Provide timesheets for CDC Staff
– Preparing payment requests for the finance departments
– Performs any other tasks, as requested.
