Key Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them and connecting them with the appropriate party
- Answers the phone in a timely and professional manner and routes calls to the intended recipient
- Handles queries in a polite and courteous manner
- Answers questions about the services offered at Beit Rafqa and stay up to date about the events and activities happening
- Schedules and confirms appointments and maintain events calendar
- Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
- Conducts and follows up on the admission process and prepares the relevant paperwork
- Maintains the privacy of residents and ensure that personal details are not disclosed
