The Opportunity

The Administration Officer provides effective and efficient administrative support relating to the management and implementation of administrative policies and procedures according to Save the Children standards.

In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.

In order to be successful you will bring/have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English and Arabic.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the administrative field.
  • Professional experience in the NGOs sector.
  • Computer knowledge especially MS office, spreadsheet, PowerPoint, and outlook.
  • Proven ability to organize priorities, work under administrative pressure with detail orientation.
  • Strong acumen in establishing positive working relationships with staff.
