About the Role:
We’re looking for a committed and flexible Support Staff / Barista to join our team at The Academy Coffee Space.
This role combines facility management, coffee preparation, guest hospitality, and light admin/logistics duties to keep our space running smoothly and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee and ensure a warm, hospitable environment
- Support with logistics and procurement
- Handle basic administrative and support tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the space
Who We’re Looking For:
- Females aged between 18 and 30 years old
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexible, proactive, and comfortable managing varied tasks
Additional Notes:
- We prioritize attitude over experience
- Applicants living in Tripoli will be given preference
