Job Description:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our coffee chain locations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
- Foster a strong sense of responsibility and passion for the coffee business among the team
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills to motivate and inspire the employees
- Hire and train competent staff to maintain high-quality service standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- In-depth knowledge of coffee shop operations and strong passion for the coffee business
- Proven track record of effectively hiring, training, and managing teams
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
