Opportunity for Chef/Sous Chef in a Fast Food Kitchen
We are seeking experienced Chef or Sous Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen operation. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the culinary field
Expertise in stock management and inventory control
Ability to hire and manage junior kitchen staff (Chef de Partie, Commis, etc.)
Proven track record of handling high-volume orders and daily kitchen operations
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, quality control, and workflow
Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control
Train, supervise, and coordinate the kitchen crew
Develop and implement innovative menu items and recipes
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Salary and Work Schedule:
Starting salary: $800 per month, commensurate with experience and expertise
Work schedule: 6 days per week
