Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, and social media campaigns
• Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorming initiatives
• Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of the company brand
• Communicate with clients via phone (incoming calls and emails), and take requests.
• Add a call with all the details on the system, and then convert it to a request.
• Handle the signs inventory.
• Handle OLX.

Announcements:

• Put weekly ads and send them to the agency (every Friday).
• Display all ads on social media (Facebook, Instagram).
• Choose Instagram / website pictures…

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of all social networking platforms
• Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
