وظيفة شاغرة – Driver

• Transports TDH IT employees or goods following TDH IT laws.
• Obeys all road traffic regulations, including the wearing of seat belts. The driver must ensure that he is in possession of a driving license when on driving duties. The payment of speeding, parking and other road traffic offence fines is the driver’s responsibility. The driver should note that when he is personally responsible for an accident, a sanction could be imposed.
• Carries out any delivery or collection duties as may be necessary (letters cheques, visas, minor procurements, etc…).
• The driver is responsible for all loading and unloading of goods into the vehicle and ensures their security and condition while in the vehicle.
• Ensures that the vehicle(s) allocated are checked on a daily basis (Monday to Friday) concerning fuel, water, oil and other fluids, tyre pressure and any damage/ repair requirements (which are to be reported to the Logistic Department)
• Always carries the needed personal documents (driving license, Id) and the ones of the vehicle, and ensures they are all valid;
• Stays with the car, as to be able to monitor the radio especially in Red Zone areas.
• Suggests and reports on appropriate services or repairs of the cars to the Logistic Department.
• Carries mobile phone at all times, switched on and charged.
• Able to solve minor technical issues if vehicle break down;
• Reports any accident or driving incident, even minor, to the Logistics Department as quickly as possible and completes necessary reports.
• Cleans the vehicles and ensures that the gas tank is sufficiently full at the end of every day;
• Maintains the medical box, fire extinguishers, and tool kits at all time whilst in charge of vehicle;
• Writes in the log book the gas consumption and, at the end of each day, all the information pertinent to the vehicle.
• Support in maintaining the warehouse.
• support in receiving goods.

And any other duties seemed relevant to the position and assigned by your line manager.
