المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• المؤهل التعليمي: يجب ان يكون المتقدم للوظيفة حاصل على درجة الماجستير inTESOL أو اللغويات التطبيقية أو ELT من جامعة / برنامج معترف به
• يشترط ان يمتلك المتقدم للمصنب الشاغر كمساعد مدرس خبرة في التدريس في المدرسة الثانوية أو المستوى الثالث ، ودعم الطلاب ، والاختبار والتقييم ، وتكنولوجيا التعليم ، وتطوير المناهج والمواد.
• يجب ان يكون المتقدم لهذه الوظيفة قادرا  على التكيف والمشاركة في الثقافات وبيئات التعلم المختلفة.
• يجب ان يكون مساعد التعلم والتدريس قادرا على المساهمة في برنامج تعليمي أكاديمي مبتكر وصعب
• يجب ان يكون قادرا على العمل بشكل مستقل
• يجب ان يكون قادرا على العمل ضمن فريق
• يبرع في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات.
• يُفضل الحصول على شهادة المعلم المحترف (مثل CELTA ، و DELTA ، و Trinity College ، إلخ …)
